Screw Puzzle Privacy Policy

Who is responsible

Omalira Studio is the public-facing studio name used by the independent developer of Screw Puzzle. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to that developer.

Information kept on your device

Puzzle progress, completed levels, daily-puzzle progress, local rewards, settings, and the current game session are stored on your device. The iOS app writes this information to its local application storage. Screw Puzzle does not send gameplay events to a third-party analytics service.

An anonymous app user identifier, device secret, and session token are kept in iOS Keychain storage for the wallet connection. These values are not your name or email address.

Anonymous wallet and server requests

The iOS app connects to the Screw Puzzle wallet service using an anonymous per-installation app user identifier. The service uses that identifier to authenticate the installation and keep a ledger of coin balances, hints, rewards, purchase transaction identifiers, and claimed rewards.

The wallet service does not receive your name or email address from the game. Wallet requests need an internet connection. The server records verified transactions once so a purchase or reward is not credited twice.

Advertising and consent

Screw Puzzle uses Google Mobile Ads for optional rewarded ads and occasional between-level ads. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as your IP address, device and app information, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, and diagnostics. What is processed depends on your region, consent choice, device settings, and the ad served.

Purchases

Apple processes coin-pack purchases. RevenueCat loads product information, processes purchase and restore requests, and helps verify transaction history. The wallet service credits a verified Apple transaction only once. We do not receive your full payment-card details. See Apple’s Privacy Policyand RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.

Daily reminders

If you turn on a daily reminder, Screw Puzzle asks iOS for notification permission and schedules a local notification at the time you choose. The reminder preference is stored on your device. The app does not send your reminder schedule to the wallet service.

Use, sharing, and retention

Information is processed to save your game, provide wallet and purchase features, deliver optional advertising, prevent duplicate grants, diagnose problems, and meet legal obligations. We do not directly sell personal information. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and the wallet service retain information under their own policies and legal requirements.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to respond to your request and keep the correspondence only as long as reasonably needed. Please do not send passwords, device secrets, or payment-card details.

Your choices and rights

You can change ad consent choices in Screw Puzzle, turn reminders off in iOS Settings or in the app, and delete local gameplay data using the app’s reset control. Deleting the app normally removes local gameplay data, subject to device backup settings. Wallet, purchase, advertising, and support-provider requests may need to be sent to the provider that controls that information.

Children

Screw Puzzle is a general-audience puzzle game and does not ask players to provide names, email addresses, or other direct personal details in the app.
