Who is responsible

Omalira Studio is the public-facing studio name used by the independent developer of Sudoku by Omalira. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to that developer.

Information kept on your device

Puzzle entries, elapsed times, completions, best times, statistics, theme choices, and rewarded puzzle unlocks are stored locally. The app does not use iCloud or CloudKit for this data and does not send gameplay activity to a third-party analytics service.

Deleting the app normally removes this data, subject to device backup settings.

Advertising and consent

The app has no banner ads or automatic interstitials. You may explicitly request a Google AdMob rewarded ad for an extra hint or a single-puzzle unlock. Google and its partners may process IP address, device and app information, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, and diagnostics according to your region, choices, and device settings.

Where required, Google’s consent message appears before an ad is requested. Available choices can be reopened using Privacy choices in the app. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Apple processes in-app purchases. RevenueCat may help retrieve products and entitlement status so access can be restored. We do not receive full payment-card details. See Apple’s Privacy Policy and RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.

Use, sharing, and retention

Information is processed only to operate the app, provide ads or purchases you request, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and meet legal obligations. Providers retain their information under their own policies. We do not directly sell personal information.

Your choices and rights

You can reopen available advertising choices in the app and remove local gameplay data by deleting the app. You may contact us about privacy rights that apply where you live. Provider-held data may require a request directly to Apple, Google, or RevenueCat.

Children

Sudoku is a general-audience puzzle game and does not ask players to provide names, email addresses, or other direct personal details in the app.
