Omalira Multi Cat Queens Support
Help with puzzles, purchases, rewarded ads, and privacy choices.
How do I play?
Place the target number of queens in every row, column, and colour region. Queens may not touch diagonally. Tap a square to cycle between empty, queen, and excluded states.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open a locked puzzle or the hint screen and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. If access does not return, check your connection and try again before contacting support.
Why is a rewarded ad unavailable?
Ads depend on consent status, network availability, inventory, and the daily puzzle-unlock limit. Closing an ad before its reward is earned does not unlock a hint or puzzle. Purchases and free puzzles remain available when ads are unavailable.
How do I change advertising privacy choices?
