Queens: Logic Puzzle Support
Help with puzzles, purchases, rewarded ads, and privacy choices.
How do I play?
Choose 1 Queen or 2 Queen mode. Place the target number of queens in every row, column, and colour region. Queens may not touch in any of the eight neighbouring cells. Tap a square to cycle between empty, queen, and excluded states.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open a locked puzzle or the hint screen and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. If access does not return, check your connection and try again before contacting support.
How many puzzles are free?
The first 50 levels in each mode and difficulty are free. That gives you 400 puzzles across 1 Queen and 2 Queen modes, with Easy, Medium, Hard, and Extreme levels in each mode.
Why is a rewarded ad unavailable?
Ads depend on consent status, network availability, and inventory. Closing an ad before its reward is earned does not unlock a hint or puzzle. A device can earn up to three rewarded puzzle unlocks per local day. Purchases and free puzzles remain available when ads are unavailable.
How do I change advertising privacy choices?
