Equilo Tango Privacy Policy

Who is responsible

Omalira Studio is the public-facing studio name used by the independent developer of Equilo Tango. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean that developer.

Information kept on your device

Equilo Tango stores puzzle progress, completed puzzles, best times, gameplay statistics, theme choices, ad unlocks, and cached purchase entitlement status locally on your device. Equilo Tango does not use iCloud or CloudKit for this data.

Deleting the app normally deletes this local data, subject to your device and backup settings.

Advertising and consent

Equilo Tango does not show banner ads or automatic interstitials. When you select a locked puzzle, you can optionally watch a rewarded ad supplied by Google AdMob to unlock only that puzzle. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as your IP address, device and app identifiers, general device information, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, and diagnostics. What is processed depends on your region, consent choice, device settings, and the type of ad served.

Where required, Equilo Tango presents Google’s consent message before requesting ads. You can reopen available choices from the Privacy choices control in the app. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Analytics

When analytics is configured, Equilo Tango uses PostHog to record a limited set of events such as opening the app, starting or completing a puzzle, using a hint, changing a theme, or completing a purchase. Event properties can include puzzle identifier, board size, difficulty, elapsed time, hint count, product identifier, and theme identifier.

We do not enable session replay, automatic screen capture, automatic element tracking, surveys, or person profiles in Equilo Tango. PostHog may still process technical information needed to receive and secure analytics events. Learn more in PostHog’s Privacy Notice.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. RevenueCat helps confirm products, transactions, and entitlement status so paid access can be restored. We do not receive your full payment-card details. See Apple’s Privacy Policyand RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.

How information is used and shared

Information is used only to operate and improve Equilo Tango, show and measure advertising, process purchases, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and comply with law.

We share information with service providers only for those purposes. The providers named above may process information in countries outside your own under their own safeguards and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information directly.

Retention

Local gameplay data remains until you remove it or delete the app. Advertising, analytics, and purchase providers retain information according to their policies and legal requirements. We keep any support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain records, or meet legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can change available advertising consent choices inside Equilo Tango, limit tracking in your device settings, remove local game data by deleting the app, and contact us about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability rights that may apply where you live.

Requests involving information held by Google, Apple, PostHog, or RevenueCat may also need to be sent directly to that provider because they control parts of their own processing.

Children

Equilo Tango is a general-audience puzzle game and does not ask players to provide names, email addresses, or other direct personal details in the app. If you believe a child has sent personal information through a support channel, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Equilo Tango or its service providers change. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision.
